Remaking Mulan 2020 Movie

After a number of remakes such as Aladdin, Lion King, Beauty and the beast and the Jungle Book; now Mulan is going to be seen in Cinemas.
The movie is a remake of the cartoon film watched in 1998. However, we expect to see some live-martial arts in this remake coming up in March 2020.
This movie is expected to do a great business, since the trailer was a nice breakthrough. The theme is based on women empowerment which is the rising interest of the time.

Women Empowerment

People who undermine women’s capability shall see a young girl shooting arrows and maneuvering a sword efficiently. She will fight men and be their equal if not superior in the battlefield.

Mulan is seen riding horses with agility and bravery. She is a great patriot who is ready to fight for her country. However, in order to enter the battle field she must dress up as a man. Which shows how women have always been discriminated.
Yet the way Mulan proves herself as a brilliant fighter shows the people in the face. That women are as capable as men in any field they decide to compete.
The teaser was released during half time of Women’s FIFA World Cup. Which was an ideal time since it motivated women’s performance.

Niki Caro, the director sets this movie a little different from the original Mulan animated movie, so it will not feel like watching the same thing over again.
The absence of the dragon Mushu from the movie perhaps indicates this Mulan to be far more independent and not needing anyone to protect her.
